Abstract

In this paper, Osteoarthritis is a prevalent source of chronic pain, often managed with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This observational study compared the safety and efficacy of three commonly prescribed NSAIDs—diclofenac, naproxen, and etoricoxib—in reducing pain among OA patients. Patient records were analyzed to assess pain reduction outcomes and adverse events associated with each NSAID. The results of this study contribute to a better understanding of the relative benefits and risks of these NSAIDs in managing OA pain, aiding clinicians in making informed treatment decisions.
